Marketing Administrative Assistant, Remote
You are a:
Completely organized (too organized is best), thorough and can understand how to multi-task. You are dependable and have experience working in a remote environment. You are available most times during Pacific Time Zone and can hop on a video call if need be. You can work independently and as a team, take direction and your communication skills are top notch. You have an entrepreneur mindset and work ethic (If you don't know what that means then you don't have one!)
You have some social media assistance experience and are knowledgeable of terms, trends and various types of software and compatible with Apple software, Slack, Google Suite, Dropbox, Adobe C-Suite, Figma, Sprout Social, and others. If you've run social media accounts in the past send us some of those account names and samples.
We are a growing marketing agency (growing way too quickly) and hopefully, you want to grow with us if you're the right fit!
