As an educator, television personality, speaker, and activist, and nonprofit founder, Michelle Young inspires many. Her persona exudes charisma and positivity, and her message is strong and passionate.

Out of Michelle’s desire to impact underserved students, she founded The Michelle Young Foundation. TMYF partners with school districts to provide the after-school program, “Homework and Hoops” Providing support to teachers and students is one of Michelle’s missions; therefore, through her nonprofit work, she offers scholarships for students to participate in activities they would otherwise not be able to through teacher nominations. Her partnership with educators is one of her pillars because of her time as an educator. Through Michelle’s talks, she has spoken to audiences of fellow educators.

After receiving her bachelor's degree in elementary education from Bradley University in 2015, Michelle began her career. As a 5th-grade teacher, she delivered engaging educational content and also spread her message of self-love and acceptance to the young minds she was molding.

Prior to teaching, Michelle's success was measured in the classroom and on the court. She showed her prowess in balancing the demands of her studies while making a name for herself as a Division I basketball player.

In 2021, Michelle charmed audiences of The Bachelor and became a nationwide sensation reaching the runner-up spot during season 25. She returned to captivate viewers as the star of season 18 of The Bachelorette.

Antonio never asked for permission to change inequitable systems. As a teenager, he became financially independent and the patriarch of his family, navigating through racial systems in Birmingham, Alabama.

For more than 15 years, Antonio has advised organizations across multiple sectors on race and equity to drive systems change. He works with chief executives and leadership teams in education, tech, and healthcare to apply a DEI lens on a range of issues that include strategy, innovation, and change management.

With deep expertise leading complex systems during uncertain or pivotal moments, Antonio developed an equity change process that has transformed organizational operating models, services, and performance by centering on the experiences of the global majority. Amid the pandemic, Antonio leveraged his insights on generational trends and the future of work to help organizations across diverse industries and geographies digitize their user experience by scaling new technology and platforms for thousands of educators and front-line workers.

Antonio host The Promised Land podcast and uses storyteller traditions passed down from his grandmother to galvanize audiences on topics that expand our collective consciousness and imagination. Antonio is currently in fellow with the Innovation for Equity in Leadership program. Antonio is leveraging his experience to design and launch an organization that curates reclamation journeys for Black people to experience their full humanity, freedom, and dreams.

Chelsea Devantez is an Emmy-nominated writer, comedian, director, and host of the podcast Glamorous Trash. Before she entered into an overall television deal with 20th Century Fox, she was Jon Stewart’s Head Writer for Apple TV+'s The Problem with Jon Stewart. Her other television credits include Not Dead Yet, Girls5Eva, and Bless this Mess, among others. In 2020, Chelsea wrote, directed, and starred in the 2020 SXSW film, Basic, and is set to direct her feature debut this fall. Chelsea’s top chart performing independent podcast, “Glamorous Trash with Chelsea Devantez" has garnered over 3 million downloads. Her memoir will be published in June 2024 by Hanover Imprint at Harper Collins.
